What do we do?

Do we march? Yes! But that doesn’t educate the masses who get fed what the media wants to feed them about the people marching.

Do we write letter to our MPs / senators / members of government? Yes… and then sit tight and hope they do something.

But none of that changes public opinion! And you have to realise that the reason you’re burning up inside about Gaza is because you know the truth. You know the injustice.

What if more people found out?

Thank God for You Tube, Facebook, MySpace and the other social media.

Did you know that more people watch You Tube a day than TV?
That You Tube gets 3 times as much traffic as the google search pages?
Facebook is used by everyone and can even be accessed by phone.

i.e. if we’re on the first page of You Tube, more people will see that video than watch the news (for example)

I was prompted to make this series after watching the new film on the Mongols: the rise of Ghenkis Khan.

I was disgusted at his portrayal as a noble hero, a gentle lover and a fair general and so decided to replay history as it happened to make up for the cinema story which was ‘based on historical events’ (ie. a fabrication and re-write of history) 

You’ll find this series very gruesome and even ugly at parts - but it’s the truth.

This is a story of injustice, oppression, lies and treachery. It’s a story of betrayals and cowardice.

The Mongols affected the entire earth and killed many many millions and spared no one. An army not to be trusted and a heartless General not to be loved.

My unbound gratitude to Dr Raghib Sirjani, who’s works I used extensively in doing this series. May Allah reward you bountifully. 

As this is the first time that I have done anything like this, I would very much appreciate your feedback and comments below to help and steer the next instalment in this series.

This instalment is an hour long and the most technical of them all. I needed to explain the main powers on the face of the earth at the time, and so there are a lot of names and countries, but I recap the details again and again, so you should get to grips with things easily enough.

I will of course be drawing a map just to make it easier, but in due time.
